$400 Retirement Gift for Dad

I am sending my Dad on a retirement getaway anywhere in Baja, but preferably in La Paz, Cabo, Loreto, or somewhere nearby. He just needs a really small studio apartment and I can pay $300 or $400 for a month. January February or March. Please E-mail me if you have anything. No need for glamor. This would really help him out. He’s never been anywhere but coal mining in West Virginia.
